1. Information We Collect

When you create a Lifted account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, timezone, and preferred call time. During onboarding and regular use, you may provide prayer intentions, faith tradition, and life-season information to personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver personalized daily prayer calls, customize call content based on your intentions, and improve our service. Your prayer intentions and personal details are used solely to craft meaningful prayer experiences for you.

3. Call Recordings and AI

Lifted uses AI-assisted voice technology (powered by Telnyx) to deliver prayer calls. Call insights may be stored temporarily to improve future calls. We do not sell, share, or use your call content for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted partners to provide our service:

  • Telnyx — Voice call delivery and AI assistant
  • Supabase — Secure data storage and authentication
  • Whop — Subscription billing and payment processing
  • Vercel — Application hosting

Each partner processes data only as needed to provide their service and is bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Call history is retained for up to 90 days (annual plan) or 30 days (monthly plan). You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized systems only. We do not store payment card details — billing is handled entirely by Whop.

8. Children's Privacy

Lifted is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
