1. Service Description

Lifted provides AI-powered personalized prayer and encouragement calls delivered to your phone each day at a time you choose. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate prayer content tailored to your stated intentions and preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lifted. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Lifted offers monthly ($19.99/month) and annual ($149.99/year) subscription plans. Payment is processed through Whop. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the encouragement call feature
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to interact with the service

6. AI-Generated Content

Prayer and encouragement content is generated by AI and may not always be perfect. Lifted is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis helpline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lifted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Lifted brand, logo, and service design are our intellectual property. AI-generated prayer content delivered to you is for your personal use only.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
